Files-Harley-Emissions-Cheating-Devices

(FILES) This file photo taken on February 2, 2009 shows a Harley-Davidson motorcycle displayed at a Harley-Davidson store in St. Paul, Minnesota.
US motorcycle giant Harley-Davidson on August 18, 2016 entered a $15 million settlement with US authorities who accused the company of making and selling illegal devices that increased air pollution from its bikes. The company, the iconic American manufacturer large and loud motorcycles, agreed to buy back and cease selling so-called "super tuners," which improved performance but increased hydrocarbon and nitrogen oxide emissions.

Christmas decorations glow backdropped by St Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna. After Vienna officialy lit up the city for the upcoming Christmas celebrations. Sweet punch, gingerbread and delicate ornaments are a staple at any Christmas market in Austria, but the centuries-old tradition has also become a major business operation. In Vienna, between three and 3.5 million visitors -- including 500, 000 from abroad -- are expected at the biggest market: the fairytale-like Wiener Adventzauber in front of the gothic spires of city hall.
