Daisy, Princess Henry of Pless (1873 - 1943), formerly Mary Theresa Olivia Cornwallis-West. A great Edwardian society beauty, she married one of Imperial Germanys wealthiest princes in 1891. Her memoirs are an insightful record of the Edwardian era. Her son, pictured on the right here, became Hans Heinrich XVII, 4th Prince of Pless (1900 - 1984).
