Australia-Travel-Superliner-Sun Princess
The luxury superliner " Sun Princess" (below) passes under the Sydney Harbour Bridge, 24 October 2007, on her way out out of the harbour after a short stopover of only a few hours in Sydney. Sun Princess, with a gross tonnage of 77, 441 tons and a height of 49.4 metres (162 feet) above the waterline, became the largest passenger ship ever to pass under the Sydney Harbour Bridge, clearing it by approximately two-and-a-half metres (8.2 feet). Sun Princess which can carry 1950 passengers will return to Sydney early November when she will become the first premium cruise ship to be based in Australia year round.
